چکیده
This study compares the performance of two types capacitive devices, indium tin oxide-aluminum oxide-zirconia aluminum oxide-silicon (IAZAOS) and oxide-hafnium (IAHAOS), as silicon-oxide-nitride-oxide-silicon (SONOS) non-volatile memory (NVM) total dose ultraviolet radiation (UV TD) sensors. Results show that IAZAOS with zirconia oxide charge-trapping layer outperforms IAHAOS hafnium for a UV TD sensor. After exposure to irradiation 100 mW·s/cm2, threshold voltage (VT) change is almost 1.25 times IAHAOS. The also found annealing can significantly improve response Furthermore, devices partially smaller nanocrystals in greatly enhance SONOS-type compared constant stress-induced leakage current (CVSILC) CVSILC annealed 1000 than devices. Moreover, IAZAOS-I2Z2 exhibits superior regarding irradiation/refresh cycle endurance IAHAOS-I2H1 device. These findings suggest have potential use

Hydrogen-doped indium oxide/indium tin oxide bilayers for high-efficiency silicon heterojunction solar cells
The front transparent conductive oxide layer is a source of significant optical and electrical losses in silicon heterojunction solar cells because of the trade-off between free-carrier absorption and sheet resistance. We demonstrate that hydrogen-doped indium oxide (IO:H), which has an electron mobility of over 100 cm/V s, reduces these losses compared to traditional, low-mobility transparent ...
متن کاملCircumstellar aluminum oxide and silicon carbide in interplanetary dust particles
A systematic NanoSIMS isotope imaging study of sub-micrometer phases in interplanetary dust particles (IDPs) has led to the discovery of two presolar grain types that previously were observed only in primitive meteorites. A 350 · 600 nm Al2O3 grain has a large O enrichment and a slight O depletion, as well as a Mg excess due to the decay of extinct Al. Because of its relatively large size and p...

This study characterized the electrical and optical properties of single-junction GaAs solar cells coated with antireflective layers of silicon dioxide (SiO₂), indium tin oxide (ITO), and a hybrid layer of SiO₂/ITO applied using Radio frequency (RF) sputtering. The conductivity and transparency of the ITO film were characterized prior to application on GaAs cells. Reverse saturation-current and...
متن کاملAluminum Oxide Nanofluid Energy Transfer
Nanofluid is a new class of heat transfer fluids engineered by dispersing metallic or non-metallic nanoparticles with a typical size of less than 100 nm in the conventional heat transfer fluids. This article aims to investigate the overall and convection heat transfer coefficient and Nusselt number of Al2O3-water nanofluid flowing in a horizontal double pipe heat exchanger under turbulent flow (...
متن کاملFunctionalization of indium tin oxide.
The preparation and functionalization of ITO surfaces has been studied using primarily X-ray photoemission spectroscopy and infrared reflection-absorption spectroscopy (IRRAS) and the reagents n-hexylamine and n-octyltrimethoxysilane (OTMS). Particular attention has been paid to characterization of the surfaces both before and after functionalization. Surfaces cleaned by ultraviolet (UV)/ozone ...
